Parade 11:00 a.m.

Dust off your parade gear and gather at Pacific and 4th Street at 10:45 a.m. to participate in the parade extravaganza. Or, bring a chair to sit along 4th street to cheer!

Potluck 1:00 p.m.

The food fest potluck begins at 1:00 at the community center. Please bring a chair or blanket and find a spot on the green to enjoy your food while being entertained by our local band, Gary and the Mearcats.  Dancing is greatly encouraged! Hamburgers, hotdogs, a few garden burgers, chips, soda, and water will be provided. Savory food may be placed on the outside tables and desserts on a table inside the community center.  Please bring food to serve 8 people and cash to tip the band. Any help with set up and take down will be greatly appreciated.

Silent Auction 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.

The auction will be in the Community Center. Come in anytime between 1:00 -2:30 p.m. to bid on items. The proceeds will go to the Cape Meares Community Association to community center maintenance and repair, emergency preparedness for residents and guests and social gatherings like the July 4 party. We have a wide range of nearly 50 items including artwork, 2 hours of yard work, lunch for 2 with County Commissioner Erin Skaar, rug made from recycled materials, furniture and an electric smoker. We will be taking payments by credit card or check.
