On the evening of May 9th, The Writers Group, under the direction of Butch Freedman will give a public reading of their work. The reading will be held at the Cape Meares Community Center from 7pm till approx. 9pm. All are invited and there is no admission fee. The writers will read short pieces they have developed and polished in Freedman’s class over the past months and will range from memoir to autobiography, to straight-up fiction. Come listen to your friends and neighbors share their creativity and hear some engaging short works.

Readers will include: Marcille Ansorge, Dori Bash, Wendy Burroughs, Ciel Downing, Christine Inglis, Wendy Kunkel, Guy Kyle, Deborah Neal, Lynn Rouske, and Butch Freedman.

Refreshments will be provided.
