QigongBarbara Bennett Community Center 5690 4th Street NW Tillamook OR 97141
Qigong (or Chi Gong) means “energy work.” It is an ancient practice for promoting mobility, balance, and flow; a set of gentle standing exercises and forms that build and move energy and breath. I am a certified instructor, but only at the most basic level. I invite you to share in my practice, Wednesday mornings from 9 – 10 at the Barbara Bennett Community Center, starting on December 10. Sessions will vary monthly and progress by season, but drop-ins are welcome. Class is free and no formal commitment is needed. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. See you there — Ann Quinn
