CMCA

The Cape Meares Community Association (CMCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It shall exist in perpetuity for the benefit of the public.

The CMCA owns and manages for conservation a small beachfront wetland parcel, and the Barbara Bennett Community Center in the historic Bayocean Schoolhouse. 

Cape Meares Community Association is a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization, tax identification number 46-5361645.

Board of Directors

The CMCA Board of Directors meets monthly at the Barbara Bennett Community Center. Board agendas and meeting notes are publicly available here.

Community Meetings

The annual CMCA Community Meeting is held on the 3rd Saturday in May. Three additional Community Meetings are held during the year on a schedule determined by the CMCA Board.

The CMCA Board meets at 10AM on the 2nd Monday of the month (September-June).
